It is a 20,000 sq/ft Mixed-use, Contemporary styled building has been recognized for its Originality and Quality . 10 loft style, one bedroom condominiums and 10,000 sq/ft of commercial below, Miller Paint is the anchor and along with a variety of other smaller business, through its design, this building is highly adaptable. Polished, ground and stained concrete floors, and industrial flavored masonry detailing gives this a practical, yet unique character.

All the materials in this building have long life-cycle value. Durable and low maintenance detailing are key elements to making this a highly resource efficient project. Its location, in an area of town that has no historic reference, allowed a wonderful live-work opportunity. It is close to ammenities of shopping, the YMCA, public transportation and the University, the location reinforces pedestrian accessibility.
