The Jasmine Building was a two phase Mixed-Use project. Investors, Evan Archerd and Hal Dresner, worked with Architect Jerome White and Golden-Fields Construction to develop Phase I with three floors, building two luxury condominiums and 10,000 sq/ft of office space. After the success of Phase I we quickly turned around and designed and completed construction of Phase II with another 4,000 sq/ft of office space and three additional condominiums.
Use of traditional brick detailing, wood windows and ample outdoor living space allowed a reinterpretation of what is acknowledged as part of Ashland Vernacular Architectural Heritage.
